Delivery rates:
The sauna will be picked up at the same time on the following day or agreed upon date as per the booking.
Waiver – The Primary renter will have to sign a waiver, releasing the company from any and all liability.
A hard packed levelled area is required for the placement of the Sauna. If the ground/ desired area is not level and deemed to be unsafe for the sauna, I hold the right to refuse the booking. A refund will be provided.
Details on how to operate will be provided on arrival.
Relocation of the sauna with your vehicle is prohibited.
The Sauna takes roughly 25 minutes to reach high temperatures. Vents are installed for air circulation.
She can get verry hot!!
This is a wood burning dry sauna, however adding water (and or diluted essential oils) on the rocks creates a steamy atmosphere. Allowing you to benefit from both wet and dry therapies.
The furnace cavity is small, shorter logs are easier to load – ideally 4 inches round x 2 ft long.
Cold Plunge
Benefit from cold immersion after a sauna to increase blood circulation & stimulate your immune system.
The Cold Plunge Tub is a 100 Gallon Behlen Country Stock tank that measures 2ft wide x 2ft tall x 4ft long
x3 rounds of hot to cold are recommended for optimal benefit.
I will set up the plunge pool for you on arrival.
I do not supply cold water.
This is where the magic happens.

Sedna the Sauna is living at Davis Bay until April 30th 2026
Each session is hosted by a fire master so you can arrive and sink into the heated sauna with peace. We have numerous special events planned, please follow along on instagram or check the Events page for details.
Davis Bay is home to a wonderful boardwalk, stair access to a sandy beach, restaurants and shops. The sauna is positioned next to public washrooms for changing. Stairs lead you into the ocean.
Socials are $35 per person for the duration.

Sometimes life is messy, we get it.
Residential Sauna Delivery – With 7 plus days notice you will receive 100% of your reservation amount refunded.
Less than 7 days are non refundable – however I will do my best to rebook the sauna and if we can do so, then I am happy to provide you with a refund 🙂
Drop In – Please don’t cancel your drop in reservation with less than 24hours notice, as we will not provide a full refund. No shows are not issued a credit or refund.
